About Auxiliary

Purpose of the Auxiliary

The purpose of the Auxiliary is to support the Enlisted and Officer Associations of the National Guard of West Virginia (EANGWV/NGAWV) in attaining goals and objectives, and to provide support and fellowship among National Guard families. Along with Supporting the Associations’ legislative efforts, the Auxiliary is also concerned with family issues.

Who Can Join?

Annual Membership

A spouse of an active, retired, or former Guard member who is a member of EANGWV.

Life Membership

An annual member in good standing (dues current) of a chartered state auxiliary and pays a one-time non-refundable payment according to the current prescribed dues.

Associate Membership

A spouse of an active, retired or former Guard member, who is a member of NGAWV and/or any individual who supports the objectives of the Auxiliary but does not otherwise qualify for annual or lifetime membership. In other words, ANYONE can join!*

*An associate member may not be an accredited state delegate, hold office or be entitled to vote within the EANGWV.
